Whoever is on after closing. On every rota, in none of the pictures.
The night staff look after the showroom, the stockroom, the poolrooms and the car park underneath once the store has closed, which in Backrooms is always. They keep a noticeboard on GeoCities and leave memos for each other, and they are careful about the Assistant.
No game shows them. The codex knows of them from a memo, a homepage and a password, each of which you have to find. See the secrets ledger.
