Mrs Steep
Grows the workshop’s tea on the attic windowsill, in the draught, on purpose.
No game or picture shows her yet, and the codex won’t make one up.
Mrs Steep grows the tea on the windowsill of the attic, where the Draught comes in, and grows it there on purpose. Mrs Steep makes the tea for the Slopwright, and would like him to sit down for a cup. What is left over she sells to Mo, for the kiosk.
Mrs Steep believes the draught improves the tea. She fears nothing, which worries the household.
Like everything else here, she was made by a machine.
