The walnut theatre
A theatre inside the walnut on the Slopwright’s shelf. One show, running for a while.

Velvet, gilt and a stage. In Always On you buy a free ticket from Dot, show it to the usher, and find the Understudy on stage, refusing to leave and refusing to start until the house lights are down. Mo runs the kiosk; Cue manages the stage; Ms Quill reviews everything, eventually. Stairs by the kiosk go up to the gods.
The lead has a beautiful curtain. That matters, because the wick is in it.
