The sardine-tin sea (Sloppy Droppy remix)
A dream trance remix of the sea’s music from Always On, ft. Captain Brine. 134 beats a minute, A dorian.
DJ Sloppy Droppy’s remix of the music of the sardine-tin sea in Always On, as dream trance at 134 beats a minute: the tune the game writes, with its chords broken into the gaps, played as a piano riff, the sea’s dotted bass under the middle, and the plain tune on saws in a second breakdown called the lighthouse. Every note comes from the game’s own; nothing is recorded. Its light show turns one beam all the way round every four bars, and the wall shows where it is pointing.
The codex proposes that Captain Brine hums the sea’s tune at the wheel, which is why the captain is credited, and that the captain approves of the remix provided nobody calls the far end of the sea a drop. This is proposed by the codex and is not canon until approved.
