Ferrule lives in the workshop in Always On. At the start her bell is gone, and she “looks at the yard, then at you, then at the yard.” It is in the hedge. Bring it back and she pays you in the best thing she owns: a marble, the cat’s eye.
This is one of Always On’s three side jobs, Ferrule’s bell.
