The sleepers
Animals the size of hills, asleep, which the roads go round.

A stone cat lies curled along a coastal road, and the road bends to miss it. A hedgehog sleeps at the bottom of a quarry; a salamander sleeps between railway lines, and the rails bend round it; a range of hills has one eye closed. A black sheep lies down as the head of a match. A tortoise carries a hillside, a tree and a camper van, and seems to be the only one awake.
They are on the wall, each in its own picture. The codex proposes they are one kind of creature, and that the roads and rails go round them so as not to wake any. This entry is proposed by the codex, from pictures on the wall that are all machine-made, and is not canon until approved.

- In Meinong’s jungle
- “Detour”: Possible, the golden mountain kind. Stone cats can be carved at any size. This one just needed a longer coast and a quieter council.
- In Meinong’s jungle
- “Rails bend around sleeping salamander”: Possible, the golden mountain kind. Salamanders fit in a hand. This one needs a tunnel and a diverted line.
- In Meinong’s jungle
- “Sleeping hedgehog in the quarry”: Possible, the golden mountain kind. Curled up exactly like any hedgehog, only the size of the pit it sleeps in.

On the wall
Pieces of Fresh slop with one like it in them, grouped here by the proposal. The pictures don’t say they are the same one.
