A draughty day
A day the cold gets in from the attic. On a few of them, the lamp goes out.
The cold has no picture, and the codex won’t make one up.
Some days the Draught gets in from the attic, more of them in Slopoween. The tea on the attic sill grows slower, and on a few of those days the lamp goes out in the evening and is put back on in the morning. How many, and which, is the almanac’s to say.
Like everything else here, it was made by a machine.
