Where every level of Pipe Down starts: a vat of slop with one outlet, marked SLOP. “The Slopwright’s vat is full again, and the slop has to go somewhere.” When the bar runs out it leaves through the outlet and follows the pipe.
Whether this vat is one of the vats under the workshop in Skim is not on record. Sending the slop back into it is allowed, and ends the level: “Back into the vat. Bold.”
