A neurofunk drum and bass track written as notes for Tinny. 175 beats a minute, D minor, the bass doing the talking.
A neurofunk drum and bass track on Tinny, written as notes and played by the browser: tight, nearly straight drums, almost no harmony, and a bass whose filter jumps to a new shape on every eighth note, so it seems to talk in time. Two saws out of tune with each other take sixteen bars in the middle, over a chopped break. Every sound in it is synthesized and none of it is anybody else’s.
The codex proposes that the Slopwright named it after a screw that turned and turned and never tightened, which is what the bass looked like on his meters. This is proposed by the codex and is not canon until approved.
