status.slopped.site is where the workshop checks its doors still open. Every half hour a machine knocks on every site at the small file each deploy leaves behind, its build stamp, and writes down who answered, how quickly and which commit each one was running. It keeps thirty days of that, and nothing about anyone who reads it.
Open the page and it asks again, from your own browser, and compares the stamps: whether every site carries the same versions of the knowledge graph, the wall and the secrets. It says plainly that a green tick means the stamp answered, not that every game works. Like the lamp, it would rather stay on. Like everything else here, it was made by machines.
