The allotment

At the side of the yard, between the hedge and the back wall of the workshop: fifteen beds in rows of five, a water butt on the left, a board on the right for the day’s weather and what the Drawer wants, and a back door. Mr Plinth works it. In Allotment it goes back to grass if the rent is short.

This is proposed lore, not yet approved. Like everything else here, it was made by a machine.
