Afterglow
A falling-block puzzle played on the glass of the lamp. Lay offcuts two by two, and what you clear plays the song.

The glass of the lamp is made of offcuts, two colours at a time, and the game lays them: pieces of four tiles fall into the glass and you turn them into squares of one colour. A line sweeps across at the beat and takes the squares it passes, and each column it takes plays a note of a phrase from the site’s own songs. Clear on every sweep and the music grows, bass first, then the drums. Let the glass fill and it dims.
There are six lights, one after another: Lamplight, Moonlight, Fireflies, Neon, Stormlight and Afterglow, each with its own colours and its own song. The codex has nothing on who laid the glass this way, or whose sign is left on in a shop across the yard in the fourth light. This is lore the codex has proposed, around a game that is real. What the codex already says about the glass is that it is one of three things the lamp needs; the game does not say how many offcuts it takes.
